Telehealth in Fort Collins
Parent coaching from home. Alongside therapy in our Fort Collins clinic and in-home ABA across Colorado, Attain offers telehealth, mainly for parent coaching, so some of your family’s support can happen without a trip.
Is Telehealth a Good Fit for Your Family?
It may be worth asking about if:
- Getting to the clinic is hard with your family’s schedule or distance
- You’d like support from your child’s team from home
- You want to keep using what works in therapy during everyday routines
What Telehealth at Attain Includes
Parent coaching. Most telehealth at Attain is parent coaching: you meet with your child’s clinical team by video, talk through what’s happening at home, and learn strategies you can use in everyday routines.
Direct sessions, for a few children. For a small number of children, direct telehealth sessions can be a good fit. Most children do best with therapy in person, at our clinic or at home. Your child’s BCBA will tell you honestly whether direct telehealth makes sense for your child.
How It Fits With Your Child’s Plan
Every child’s plan is built around what they need. Your child’s BCBA can talk with you about whether telehealth makes sense alongside clinic-based ABA or in-home ABA. If you’d like hands-on support for yourself, see Caregiver Training.
