When a child you work with could benefit from ABA therapy, you can refer them to Attain SLB in about 2 minutes. We serve children ages 1 to 18 at our Fort Collins clinic and in their homes across Colorado, with no waitlist.

Families can choose clinic sessions, in-home sessions, or a mix of both.

How care is set up

No waitlist.
Every child’s plan is designed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
We check each family’s insurance benefits with them before the assessment.

Working with referring providers

Updates for you: with the family’s written consent, we send you a short note when services start and a progress summary at each reauthorization.
Transfers from another ABA provider: we ask the family for their termination date with their current provider and confirm coverage with their insurance before starting.
Intake line: 970-999-5720, Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 5pm.

How to refer a child

Let the family know you’re referring them to Attain SLB.
Fill out our short Refer a Child form with your details and the family’s contact details. Please don’t include a diagnosis or medical details.
Our intake team reaches out to the family, checks their insurance benefits with them and schedules an assessment.
